Anyone under 18 in a photo or video must have a permission slip [English | Spanish | Arabic] signed by a parent/guardian and mailed to the address on the form. A parent or guardian may also call Becky at (540) 564-7388 to give verbal permission for use of the photo/video. Without this permission on file, SFGYC will not be able to post your story.
