Aaron Malloy and Sarah Roderick, students at Broadway High School and Massanutten Regional Governor’s School tell how they organized an “all local” lunch menu for a day at their school to support local farmers.

“The average meal travels 1,500 miles.” says Roderick, as she and Malloy know the same types of food are grown and raised right here in the Shenandoah Valley.
