Who We Are

The mission of the Strong Families/Great Youth Coalition is to reduce adolescent substance abuse and the related public health and safety issues in Harrisonburg and Rockingham County in order to build a community that supports and encourages youth to make healthy decisions.

SFGYC is a diverse representative group and a working coalition that serves to foster increased collaboration, decreased duplication of services and coordination of funding sources.
